Excursion and the Banquet in Wieliczka Salt Mine

We will climbed down the wooden stairs that will take us 135 meters below ground level.  As we reach the chamber you will get the impression of entering a vast underground city, complete with huge caverns and underground lakes. The place is amazing. Lots of caverns and tunnels winding all around. Thanks to the creativity of the miners who carved chapels out of the walls, hundreds of meters below the surface this underground world has earned a place on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. Incredible how even a chapel was carved entirely from one huge block of salt, statues depicting various scenes carved out of the salt. You will be able to see little particles floating in the air, which are just large water drops, large enough to see but small enough to float, with salt dissolved in them…These unique saline chambers astonish with their beauty.
Banquet will be hold in the Warszawa Chamber. You will be impressed to be dining deep underground surrounded by the outstanding Chamber’s arrangement . The whole interior décor with its modern relief was carved on the wall. The impressive size of the chamber and the picturesque interior create an excellent venue for this event. Various celebrities have also afirmed the beauty of the place among them the King of Belgium Albert II with Queen Paola, the youngest son of Queen Elisabeth II, Prince Edward, and NATO Secretary General, Javier Solana.

We are convinced that you will enjoy a delectable dinner in the outstanding Warszawa Chamber.
